New Main Chator set (in progress)

Started a new Main Chator set based on the image below found in the British Museum.

Of course like all my sets they are similar but different to the originals.

The pawns don't seem to be shown, so I used a pawn design I've seen in other Main Chator sets.

My previous Main Chator set ,seen here, was based on a different photo of was is said to be the oldest set of pieces surviving.

However you can see that the design was fairly consistent.

I'll post some pictures of the project as it comes together.

So far I have only 9 pieces finished.
