Turk Damai or Turkish Draughts is a great "checkers" game. I personally never liked checkers very much.. must be the wasted board space or something, because I really like this game. Love the endgame combos.
Saw some videos of people playing in Turkey and noticed they don't use flat checker pieces, but pawn-like pieces.
Fell in love with that and decided to make my own version of those type of pieces.
The 4 bigger pieces are for the Dama (Kings)
